Treatment Ratings

    Compression Socks
    Not Improved
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Cortisone Injection, Massage, Rest, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

Compression socks give me the most relief but not 100%. Ibuprofen is good also. My Birkenstocks are the most comfortable shoes that I have. Athletic shoes with inserts for Plantar Fasciitis make the pain worse after only a couple of hours. Injections and steroids in pill form gave only temporary relief. My last injection has now worn off and I am back in pain again. I am now trying an Essential Oil mixture (homemade) which helps some with the pain level, but is not a cure for the PF condition.
