First time I had plantar fasciitis was 12 years ago when I started working at a retail store. Long hours and walking distances I assumed was the reason why everything started. After some physical therapy, one day the pain disappear for good...until now. I almost forgot I had this illness years ago until the doctor told me what that I have was plantar fasciitis and started with the treatment. My MRI showed that I have ankle spur that might increase the pain. The only relieve I have had but just for 2 days, and not even a 100% pain free, are the cortisone injection. I feel that every day I am worse and I can not think about anything else, but my pain if I am sitting down, or every morning, or if I walk, or if I rest.

I believe my life had turned upside down and don't see any cure, I am grouchy all the time, because this pain is too much.
