A night splint did nothing. Shoe inserts did nothing but cushion my pain. Graston technique only helped a little. Rest helped a little. Ice helped only after a workout. Reducing my workouts to low impact helped reduce irritation. Rest helped for a period but did not heal me. Musculoskeletal care and physical therapy at Airrosti fixed the problem and now I am almost completely recovered while continuing therapy myself which includes some arch strengthening exercises. It has been 11 months since my pain started.
