My first ntrioduction to PF was in 1998. I was teaching and couldn't stand on my feet without pain. I couldn't stand to put feet on the floor in the mornings and even slet in New Balance shoes. The condition went away and returned over and over and my podiatrist told me that I was chronic. I had shots, antiinflamitories, orthotics, supportive shoes. I did stretches, ice, massage , rolled my foot back and forth n a coke can on the floor.

I couldn't stand or walk for any length of time so I ouldn't go with my granddaughter to the zoo and anyplace where walking was necessary. Even grocery shopping was painful.

My plantar fasciitis improved with my first pair of Vionic Orthoheels.
