Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Compression Socks
Ultrasound Therapy, Ice, Cortisone Injection, Massage, Rest, Strengthening Exercises, Stretching
    Not Improved
Supportive Shoes, Night splint, Orthotics, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs

The compression sock has helped a lot but can only wear for so long it feels like it gets to tight. Ice works and stretching works for a little while. I had a Cortisone shot but only lasted for a few days. It feels good to massage my foot but only last for a while
