Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Physical Therapy, Orthotics, Cortisone Injection, Supportive Shoes, Stretching
    Massage, Rest

The three cortisone injections and physical therapy helped and the orthotics/supportive shoes too. Now I have plantar fasciitis starting in my other foot. After reviewing this site, I'll not flex my feet, but extend with a forward stretch instead. I just bought a pair of Healing Sole flip flops. I've worn them one day and feel a great deal of relief already. Hope all of these approaches I'm trying will cure my plantar fasciitis once and for all.
