Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Night splint, Cortisone Injection
    Supportive Shoes, Orthotics
    Not Improved
Rest, Massage, Brace, Taping, Ice, Stretching, Supplements

I had the cortisone injection. It worked for about 3 months until I started walking again. The shot was so painful; I chose to grin and bear it. The supplements, taping, ice, massage, stretching, brace, and ice did nothing for me. The night splint made it easier to get out of bed and stand on my foot. I have found supportive shoes help and shoe inserts have helped.
