After 6 weeks of pt my foot is beginning to feel better. I had great PTs who among other treatments took a heated pad, wrapped it around my calf, then put a giant rubber band around my hips down to my foot, warming that calf and stretching the fascia. Now I continue to do these exercises to have less pain. I've found wearing Vionic sandals helps as well. They also had me pulling on a weight machine with my PF foot to strengthen the fascia, standing on a step then coming up onto my toes, standing there on my PF foot/toe.
