    Almost Cured
    Physical Therapy, Supportive Shoes

I'm not a runner and I walk casually a few miles a day. I do hike when possible. However, I have had plantar fasciitis off and on for 10 years. The first time taping helped so much and supportive shoes. This time physical therapy worked wonders and so did Astym. That was a strange therapy. When I started it was so painful and within 6 sessions the sensitivity was completely gone. As long as I continue to wear supportive shoes I do well. When I stop wearing the right shoes is when it reoccurs.
