Massage therapy; stretching; ice and aspirin. It took almost 24 months before the tangled mess was finally loosened. I can bike, stretch, squats and most other gym activities - I am unable to stand for more than 5 minutes before my leg goes numb and I can only walk/jog for about less than 1 mile before my foot starts to go numb and work its way up my leg
