Treatment Ratings

NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Massage, Rest
    Not Improved
    Orthotics, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

I went to my massage therapist. It helped for a while. However, I have to be on my feet all day and walking around, turning on a dime, sometimes moving equipment and even dancing. Haven't run in a year. Gained weight because it's too painful to run. Also have shoes issues because of a tib/fib fix. Tried buing orthodics. Returned them. Tried special shoes. Poorly designed materials caused chafing; had to return. Using Blu Emu topical cream at night. Helps but not enough. Need to get running again. Vacation for summer but haven't been active, save cleaning apartment. Haven't been to foot doctor. Not sure I want a cortisone injection. Whatever I categorized as "improved" was temporary.
