NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Rest, Supportive Shoes
    Not Improved
    Cortisone Injection, Strengthening Exercises

plantar fasciitis flared up due to yardwork, tree trimming. Unlevel grounds and also have arthritis. I couldn't do stretching because my foot pain increased. I have had 2 cortisone shots in the last 6 weeks. Purchased better shoes and an insert from Heel That Pain that has helped some but the best I felt was taking a couple of days of doing minimal walking around the house. It helped but as soon as I start walking a lot outside doing errands, it starts hurting again. I am researching acupuncture next...My podiatrist said I can have three shots but I am not going to have a third. I am also ordering a foot "sock" designed to wear at night to stretch the fascia. I have having the pain for over two months.
