Had this for about 2 years. It improves for a while then comes back. Never completely goes away. Riding in the car is the worst, can hardly walk when I get out. Then in about 5-10 minutes walking it gets better. Some days it hurts so bad in the evening I can hardly cope. Doing exercises every day and wearing proper shoes all day keep me going - until I sit down to rest- then it all starts over again.
