Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs
    Not Improved
    Orthotics, Taping

I work on hard floors on a medical unit . On my feet for 12+ hr shifts. Pounding caused Mortons neuromas to both feet then plantar faciitis. Was crippling . Podiatrist gave me options taping. Orthotics in Crock shoes( bad choice) injections some relief but temporary. Was told I needed joint surgery and had it to great toes..... Both At the same time. I hobbled for years and didn't feel better. Stretching helped the most with NSAIDs , Tizanidine and icing my feet. Getting good shoes and just getting out and walking... I still can't run but I'm more stable on my feet. Still work on hard floors for same amount of time but rest and take better care of my feet now.
