I have had plantar fasciitis for over 2 years now. I have had 2 injections. The second time only lasted for about a week. I wore a boot for 6 weeks and saw some improvement. Milking my calf muscle gave me the most relief. Now I am afraid I have a stress fracture on my foot, so I went back to the boot.
