    Not Improved
    Night splint, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises

The 1st time I experienced PF, I went to a chiropractor who used Graston & taping. My foot improved for a few days and then started hurting again after about 2 or 3 days. I took WOBENZYM for several months which decreased the pain. I used ice every day, rolling my foot on a frozen soup can.

This is now my wedding go round of PF& my goal is to shorten the duration from 12 months to any time soon!

Intake turmeric, I use stretching and strengthening exercises for my feet and calves. I use the froze. Soup can religiously to decrease the pain. I stay away from foods that I know cause inflammation, which are wheat and eggs for me.

I wear inserts that provide good arch support and I wear slippers with a cork shoe bed for comfort around the house.

I am seeking a permanent solution to cure/prevent PF.
