It started with the right foot. Pain, swelling, not being able to walk. Went to family Dr and got a night splint. My foot hurt so bad I could not leave the splint on while I slept. Then it went away for awhile but, came back with a vengeance in both feet. After 3 years of trying to do home therapy I finally went to the foot Dr. He gave me injection in both of my feet and i could not hardly walk after the shots. It took 5 injection to make a big difference. Plus, I found some sneakers that helped alot sketches, that had good arch support and the other sneakers are synocony they have a good arch support. I go through sneakers every 3 months. I also wear these sneakers. I change my sneakers out every day.
