I have soaked my feet in borax, iced, rested, wore a boot, stretched and had cortisone shots, also I have been on steroids. I have done electrical stimulation and gone so far as to cover my feet with molasses, baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Compression socks (foot angel), he'll chips from "heel that pain. " Nothing has helped. Next step is acupuncture.
