Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Orthotics, Massage, Supportive Shoes
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Ice, Acupuncture, Stretching

After walking in old boots my pain became severe I could barely stand to be on my feet . Both feet are involved with pain from behind the toes to the heal. Deep tissue massage gave good relief for a short time . It took months to find the right shoes and orthotics for each use. Dansko for work and New Balance with walking company orthotics for workout. Keen hiking shoes also with orthotics. After more than a year of ups and downs recovery seemed stalled. A job change with less on the feet time this year finally pushed me to almost pain free. Then another flare up recovery coming faster this time. But its very disheartening! I still cant do everything I want to every day being governed by just how my feet feel at the moment.
