Boot, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Orthotics, Ice, Supportive Shoes, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises

Developed plantar fascists 7 years, no real treatment, had to ask see real times for some kind of treatment. Got worse 5 years ago, was put on a boot to heal. Wore boot for thirteen months, wad suggested to have a permanent brace on, that I can not afford. Asked for or rather begged for some type of therapy. Was given only 8 treatments. Did not get rid of the problem, was put on Naprosyn pills, did not help. Was sent to get proper high arch shoes and paid for special made arch supports which made it even sore. Then was given a permanent handicapped parking tag.
