Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
    Taping, Surgery
Boot, Rest, Massage, Cortisone Injection, Ice, Supportive Shoes
    Not Improved
Orthotics, NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs

I've had 2 cortisone sits into both heals, the second one worked for my left foot but not my right. The Dr gave me orthotics, they hurt my feet even more, so I quit using them. Then I had to wear a boot for 3 weeks, still not much relief. Then the Dr taped my foot, it had a little but of relief. I've finally had to have surgery 2 months ago and my foot is now almost pain free. Enough that I can finally walk on it without limping. Ice is definitely my friend, it's the only thing that has really helped thru all of my treatments.
