Have had plantar..micro fibrosis..SOOO much goin on in both feet..for over 30 yrs..I now have nueropathy..I work out 3-5 xs a week..have lost a significant amount of weight..pain persists..I work thru the pain everyday..have been to Drs..had injections that work temp..therapy..message..rubs..meds..u name it..I've done it..losing the weight helped very dr suggests surg..nope not an option for fear I will never walk again..I'm middle aged n physically in the best shape ever..but my feet scream sit down always..I've given up on Drs n live thru it..having two knee surg doesn't help much..but I'm strong n very hard will n refuse to let this ruin my life..did the inserts the numbness is not only on my feet but up to mid calves..I routinely treadmill religiously 3 xs a week..exercise n total I've lost 84 lbs..I eat better n wen I sleep I'm dead to the world..sleep its ther..wake up..its ther..I have less balance than before..don't kno where to go from here..
