I ran about 12 - 15 miles a week. Suddenly had pain in mornings in right foot. Continued to point could barely walk let alone run. Saw podiatrist did taping, shots, boot, night splint. Would get a little better then come back with vengeance. Too so much Motrin my stomach is hurting me. Spent $2,500 on laser treatment. It felt better at first then was back as before. Lots of money wasted on store shoe inserts and special form fitted orthopedics. Yes they help a little. Looking forward to surgery in the fall. Really can't take this any more.
