Treatment Ratings

    Orthotics, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

It started when I used to golf years ago because I walked 18 holes. I finally went to a Specialist and got inserts made for my shoes. Every morning before I get out of bed, I sit on the edge of the bed and pull my toes back to a count of ten and do this ten times. I also wear only support shoes that I order from Vionic although it is expensive but worth it. So far it helps me and I've doing this for years and still walk almost everyday for about 3 miles. I am almost 76 years old and it worked for me. Also never go barefoot in the house but wear support slippers/sandals...rubber slippers are no-no!
