    Ice, Rest, Supportive Shoes, Stretching, Strengthening Exercises

Rest with elevated foot. Put ice on 2x day for week. Stretch foot back with belt or towel 3x day. Put extra insoles in shoe. Water arobics 3x wk. Stand on edge of book and drop heal down to stretch.

Shoe with 2-3" elevated heal helps to relieve pain.
