I've had this mess since last Thanksgiving. At first in my left foot and then also in my right. I have tried what seems like everything. Some things help others do not. EPAT on my left foot has made it very tolerable. I am unable to have the EPAT treatment in my right foot due to being put on blood thinners for a heart blockage that was discovered. I have been getting foot massages and honestly they have helped as much if not more than most of the other things I have tried. I hope this goes away very soon. I need to exercise for my health, but many days it's just a struggle to walk. Very depressing.
