Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
Physical Therapy, Night splint, Supportive Shoes, Ultrasound Therapy

My plantar fascia started hurting me in 2001. I went to a podiatrist. He recommended support sneakers for each of my activities . My acute pain lasted over a year. It took 3 years for me to walk normally. I had a major flair up last fall. I visited an orthopedic doctor. She recommended the shoes,a night splint, and physical therapy. I also had ultrasound. 3 months later I could walk normally. When I have another flair up I will repeat my second course of action. I do maintain stretching exercises.
