Treatment Ratings

    Almost Cured
NSAIDs - Anti Inflammatory drugs, Compression Socks
    Ice, Massage, Supportive Shoes, Stretching

The best thing I did, and it is not listed above, is to add the step to topically apply Essential Oils to my foot along with massaging, Aleve, copper fit compression socks, ice and great shoes. I was doing everything but it did not really work until started using the oil wit it. The oil is not a miracle, it does not cure it, but it relieved the pain enough that I could massage and stretch better and I believe it helped calm the inflammation as well. - I use the Ovvio Oil Blend, Soothe with Fractionated Coconut Oil as the carrier oil. I apply it in the morning and before bed. I also applied it during day a few times when it was horribly painful.
