I can’t do a lot of things with this pain. The pain even radiated to the top of my foot. I recently had a walking cast on for four weeks. It helped to stretch my Achilles’ tendon. In PT he had me stretch on steps. and a rolling thing to stretch tendon.

When I get out of bed it takes a few minutes to be able to walk. I work 8-9 hours a day on my feet. I bought a good pair of shoes and that helped some but when the get home and take my shoes off to sit it gets very painful when I have to get up from resting. I've done heat..ice..massage..now have an ankle brace ..have done taping and also gotten extra insoles to help . Not much is working
