I work in a warehouse and pick orders for contractors. I pick at a fairly decent speed ( as recommended by my company). Most times, I find myself limping from the pain in the bottom of my right heel. I've tried shoe inserts, different shoes, ice, stretches, and so on. No improvement on my foot. This is very frustrating because this is determining whether I get fired or not. I've had this job for a little over five years.
