When I get out of bed it takes a few minutes to be able to walk. I work 8-9 hours a day on my feet. I bought a good pair of shoes and that helped some but when the get home and take my shoes off to sit it gets very painful when I have to get up from resting. I've done heat..ice..massage..now have an ankle brace ..have done taping and also gotten extra insoles to help . Not much is working

I can’t do as much as I want because once
    Pain sets in its dibilitating
I exercise by using cycling and weights but I can no longer use treadmill or walk long periods.
I’m a teacher so it’s become difficult and has limited me in my career
