    I have tried everything hurts bad today...wore slippers with inserts this weekend and forgot to put my shoes on when I ran to store so suffering now...cortisone shot next wed...unsure if I should take day off or not forget to ask what's your opinion let me know...thank for all your help I still will need you will keep in touch
