I have two jobs. One is part-time sales assistant and secondly, I am self employed as a part time holistic therapist. You can imagine that I do a lot of massages on my clients but most nights I am up with pain in my arms because I have damaged nerves in both arms. This caused me lost of control of my bowels, this raised my temperature that I would get hot flushes but mostly of all I get exhausted due to lack of sleep. I sleep a lot during the day if I get peace lol. I am married with two children and I am trying to go back running again to loose some weight again. This tiredness affects my bad eating habits and mood swings.
