Everyday, especially mornings! It's takes all morning to feel better. By afternoon can somewhat function to take care of my garden and animals. They keep me on track. I still live at my parents house, but have my separate area. I struggle most everyday. So bad days or hours l rest and good days do whatever I can ! But never know how I'll feel.
