I have had to learn over the past 10 years what I can and can't do. I cant lift weights anymore, no roller coasters, don't go upside down etc etc etc. I have seen so many people have surgery after surgery and have known someone who has passed away from it. I have studied and through trial and error figured out to get by without surgery. I would rather deal with all these symptoms than be in more pain and live in a hospital.
