Daily life is a task, getting up is a task, I don't sleep well. I managed 2 weeks of school this year before decompression and a few days after. I try to go out and do normal things with family and friends but out for a meal and the cinema tires me and increases pressure. I use magnetic Jewellery to help with pain and fluid flow as I noticed a big difference at site of surgery were I had a large swelling, after trying magnetix it went down within hours. I'm currently booked to try acupuncture next week and I'm trying to eat healthy at present to help with symptoms.
