I do not like the choice of cured given. There is no cure, only treatments.
I have given up on trying to find anything that takes away the pain I have. I dont want to be stuck on medications the rest of my life and have learned to live my life in constant pain.

I still work fulltime 5hough both standing and sitting are difficult. I am waiting to be given a surgical date for Tethered Cord Release, which is a co-morbid to Chiari. Hopefully, it will end some of the other symptoms I have had for years.

If I do physical activity that raises my heart beat to a certain point, I am guaranteed a severe Chiari headache for at least 3 days. I wish I could find something to raise my activity level. Caffeine and ibuprofen are my best friends. Surgery is a better quality of life, not a cure.
