Fibromyalgia has a diverse range of symptoms such as muscle tenderness, pain in the muscles and joints, chronic fatigue, poor concentration, unrefreshing sleep, IBS, inability to tolerate the cold and of course, all these can lead to anxiety and depression. In our video we will release tension in the body, allowing for enhanced circulation.
