In today's practice, we will find stability as we flow through some grounding yoga postures while working with the breath to find ease of movement in order to relieve the body of tension and cultivate the connection of mind, body and spirit. To further enhance the effects of this practice, you may wish to diffuse Frankincense, Sandalwood, or Lavender essential oil, or a blend of all three.
