I'm talking about chronic fatigue that penetrates your entire being, which often results in brain fog and depression. Today's practice incorporates gentle movement, easy stretches, and deep breathing to relieve pain and energize your entire body.

Modifications are offered throughout the practice, including chair yoga options. If you're living with chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia, this sequence is designed with you in mind.
