It's hard to plan for anything because fibromyalgia is so unpredictable. You never know how you're going to feel from day-to-day. It gets depressing when you're a single parent of three children and you're unable to do the things you know you would be able to do if you didn't have this disease. Try going into a store using the scooters they provide and seeing older people the new you walking in good health. It's not easy.
One of the many few things that eases my pain a little bit is walking or exercising. I can't find a job that would be lenient for an employee to be sitting laying or even standing for a certain amount of time. On top of that there's a time that my body just doesn't want to do anything more but I still have to take care of my children.
