Exercise two times a week, 1 day a week exercise in heated pool,, massage every two week, try to get in 5000 steps a day in. Feel better sometime terrible sometimes. I hurt less when I exercise, but still hurt not matter what! Sometimes muscle relaxer from Chriopractor helps. I try a lot of different kinds of pain rubs. Austrialialian arthiis pain medicine worked best.
