Wasn't sure how to respond to the physical activity question. My physical activity now consists of walks (less than 1/2 mile at a time). Walking up one flight of stairs, before resting. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands ~1yr ago. Also had cubital surgery, which had to be redone. Still have very limited use of that arm.
I have tried massage previously, but believe it might still be a possibility, with a different therapist.
