I'm completely disabled by this even with best management. I was a college professor -- now I'm happy if I have six active hours a day (meals, laundry, groceries) -- usually it's four. I'm light, sound and cold sensitive.
I try to stay active -- pool aerobics class, walks with my dog.
Brain fog is bad as well.
