I went to a chiropractor for a year or two after a back injury at work. Nothing really seemed to help my injury. I tried cortisone shots in my hips and then a nerve burning surgery at L4, L5, and S1. This helped minimally with the pain. I was diagnosed w/ fibro about 4 years after my injury and went on several meds that caused even more problems. I slept horribly bc of pain and I tried several different sleeping meds which helped but never lasted through the night and by the end of a week only lasted a couple hours.I finally checked into herbal sleeping medication, which worked...much to my surprise.I then confided in the owner of the health store and told her my story after being on prescription meds for about 2 years and feeling worse by that point than I had when I was first diagnosed. She was my miracle worker! She helped me pick out the right supplements to really help me make progress.I was praying for a miracle and she was it! ! I still struggle, but I'm so much better!
