I have psoriatic arthritis, osteoporosis, scoliosis, fibromyalgia, depression anxiety. Migraine headache earring vertigo, degenerative disc disease , I have tried everything, excersize, Simponi, methotrexate, anti inflammatory, magnesium, vitiam D, vitiam B complex , folic acid. Prozac

Changed diet completely, eat nuts, cut out all night vegetables. Stretch, walk, when warm walk in water,
Cold sensitive, fatigue. Stretching helps, counseling helps me feel better.
Problem is nothing gives relief for any length of time. Rheumatologist says no cure for fybro. Medications to control arthritis fybro is side effect
