I've was diagnosed with Fibro since 2000. But the RA doctor that diagnosed me said I've had it for a much longer time then that. I was diagnosed with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 13. That is most likely how I got Fibro. But 7 months ago I was diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome. So I was told of a Sjogren's RA doctor and he told me I was misdiagnosed since I was 13 but I still have RA, and Fibro, and the Sjogren's. I have been on do many different medications, so many tests, so many physical therapist and occupational therapist.

Recently I went to a Fibromyalgia Pain Management Program here in Pittsburgh, PA in Shadyside and they taught us new things to deal with the pain. Such as mindfulness, pacing, and a lot more. I would recommend this program to anyone in the Pittsburgh area.
