Scoliosis , Fibromyalgia and Military Neck. Chiropractic for 20 years until 2012 when they could no longer make any improvement. Physical Therapy helped somewhat with taut neck muscles. Gabapentin, Lyrica and multiple muscle relaxers did not help fibro. Soma helped alleviate some pain and restore blood flow to back and neck but after it was classified as scheduled narcotic it was no longer offered. Entered Pain Management. All they want to offer is Tramadol for pain, antidepressant and Trigger Point Therapy. Injections only lasted 7 days and symptoms were worse afterward. I have now developed RLS. In my arms as well as legs. I follow a strict fibro diet. I take multiple supplements. Magnesium, B1, B6, B12, Iron, Zinc, D3. I am to the point now I cannot work. I've quit my last two jobs due to the stress and how it impacts your symptoms with these illnesses. When you go from working long and hard all your life to this extreme of watch what you do it is very depressing. im tired
