Best therapy for me was radiofrequency ablation (nerves severed from facet joints in neck.) This procedure has helped with upper back ,shoulder and neck pain in the muscles and skin.. but my disc still had radiating pain with flareups. I can't take lyrica to many side effects and adverse reactions. My insomnia is controlled with benzodiazepine. Wellbutrin has helped with the severe fatigue. I also have had 2 low back surgeries have fusion w rods and screws osteoarthritis go to a pain specialist on regular basis. I take vitamin Supplements that are recommended for fibromyalgia also.
