Massage works if you keep at it and the person knows what they are doing, yes, it hurts at first, but if you have tense muscles, it helps in the long run, acupuncture helps, but you have to keep at it too, and it doesn't cure it, just helps the muscles, hemp oil helps, it does not make you high, and it helps relax you so you can sleep, chiro really didn't help much at all,
